Job Title: M&A Executive
Department: Corporate Finance

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role for an M&A Executive located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The M&A Executive will be responsible for performing financial analysis, conducting due diligence, managing investments, and overseeing accounting operations related to mergers and acquisitions. Daily tasks include evaluating potential deals, negotiating terms, and preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of M&A transactions.

REQUIREMENT

·         Hold advanced degrees, such as MBAs, and financial and/or accounting designations, such as CFA and CPA

·         Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance

·         At least 10 years’ working experience in conducting Due Diligence and managing Investments

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

·         Experience in the securities industry or related field is a plus

Job Title: Legal and Compliance Officer​
Department: Legal & Compliance Department
Reports to: Head of Legal & Compliance​
Location: Phnom Penh
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Draft, review and comment on legal issues as instructed by Supervisor
  • Involve and assist with legal perspectives in corporate finance projects
  • Coordinate and facilitate with lawyers, SERC, CSX and other authorities in connection with the projects
  • Monitor and verify the transactions of the brokerage department to comply with the authorities’ regulations and laws
  • Conduct internal Compliance Training to all staff
  • Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent
  • 2–4 years of experience in legal, compliance, and corporate finance transactions, preferably with working experience from a law firm or financial institution
  • Knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Fluent command of both Khmer and English languages.
Job Title :Analyst
Department: Corporate Finance
Reports to:Head of Corporate Finance​
Location: Phnom Penh
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Assist and be involved in corporate finance exercises and activities. 
  • Support the Company through every stage of transaction including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Initial Public Offering (IPO), Debt Securities Offering, Private Fundraising, and other Financial Advisory activities. 
  • Support in conducting thorough research and analysis of the financial markets, industries, and companies.
  • Support in preparing detailed financial models and financial analysis.
  • Support in producing documentation related to the transaction such as proposals, presentation materials, prospectus, and other agreements.
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients, external parties, and stakeholders and reporting.
  • Other related duties will be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Accounting, or other related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in investment banking, asset management, or related financial services industry. Fresh graduates with strong academic qualifications are also considered.
  • Basic knowledge of securities business, financial analysis, financial modeling, valuation research, and data analysis would be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Good attitude, attention to detail, and patience.
  • Good command of  both spoken and written English.
