Established in February 2010, SBI Royal Securities Plc (SBIR) became the first Japanese financial institution to acquire the “full license” required to operate a securities business in Cambodia from Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (SECC). SBIR merged with the Royal Group’s securities unit of Cambodia in December 2011and made a capital alliance with Finansia Syrus Securities Public Company Limited (Finansia Syrus) of Thailand in May 2014.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist and be involved in corporate finance exercises and activities.
- Support the company through every stage of transaction, merger and acquisition (“M&A”), private fund raising, business divestment or an initial public offering (“IPO”).
- Liaise with related authorities and solicitors.
- Produce documentation related to transactions such as proposals, presentations, memorandums, and agreements.
- Perform other related duties which will be assigned by Superiors from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
- Degree holders in Business related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field.
- Well knowledge of securities business.
- Good at financial analysis.
- Self-motivated, independent and willing to work in fast-facing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and manage all activities related to business strategy, origination, execution, and marketing with regards to IPO, Corporate Bond and M&A
- Originate, maintain and develop relationships with potential clients in various sectors
- Liaise with investors (local and international investors) in marketing and deal roadshow in order to ensure a successful completion of transactions
- Be responsible for completing goal of corporate finance department
- Ensure all major projects are in compliance with local & international regulation
- Perform other related duties which will be assigned by Top Management from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
- Degree holders in Business related
- Minimum 5 years of experience and in senior management level in financial sector
- Well knowledge of securities business and financial deal restructuring.
- Strong experience in capital raisings will be preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
